After crushing the online theory, it’s time to take your Tec Basics course to the next level with hands-on training led by a PADI Tec Instructor! You’ll dive into practical sessions with a thrilling pool session followed by a full day of action-packed diving at either VOBSTER QUAY (36m) in SOMERSET or STONEY COVE (35m) in LEICESTERSHIRE. Get ready to push your limits and experience diving in some of the most epic locations!

TEC BASICS
40 meters (130 feet)
Learn how to configure and manage technical diving gear, including tanks, regulators, and dive computers.
Understand gas mixtures (air, Nitrox, trimix) and plan safe dives, including depth, time, and decompression requirements.
Gain foundational knowledge of decompression procedures and how to use dive computers to manage no-decompression limits.
Learn emergency protocols, including gas switches and ascent procedures, for technical diving situations.
Practice shallow decompression dives and diving to depths up to 40m.
